We are happy to announce that we have a new Farm Management Coordinator!

After having a successful career at Cargill, Jillian Smith has graciously decided to join the Rooster Ag’ team as our new farm management coordinator.

Born and raised on a grain farm in northern Illinois, Jillian graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Communications before accepting a job at Cargill. During her time there, she helped farmers navigate commodity markets and recommended risk management solutions. Most recently, she assisted in the development of Cargill’s sustainability programs and farmer offerings.

We are excited to have Jillian in our Farm Management division bringing further structure, expertise, and professionalism to our team. Jill will be taking over all landowner and tenant communications and is sincerely looking forward to getting to know all of you and understanding your goals.
